Zarik has Zarik has developed a 14 day mindfulness
program that will gently guide you from living in a non present daydream to
being here and now in the present moment.
The program consists of 14 days of activities and three visits with Zarik.
Zarik is a qualified Mindfulness Life Coach. He also has over 15 years of Buddhist mindful practice training.
Without being mindful, you may simply react to negative thoughts and
feelings. Practicing mindfulness may help you to become more aware of
your thoughts and feelings, and manage them in a positive way.
