Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT - Tapping) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It's also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. Do you suffer from anxiety, depression or stress?

Zarik has had clients successfully deal with fears, phobias and things that have caused stress in their lives.

One example; A client was afraid to make phone calls which was difficult because their job depended on it.


One EFT session with Zarik and their fear issue with phone calls was gone!


Zarik also offers Mindfulness Life Coaching.


Zarik has Zarik has developed a 14 day mindfulness program that will gently guide you from living in a non present daydream to being here and now in the present moment.


The program consists of 14 days of activities and three visits with Zarik.

Zarik is a qualified Mindfulness Life Coach. He also has over 15 years of Buddhist mindful practice training.


Without being mindful, you may simply react to negative thoughts and feelings. Practicing mindfulness may help you to become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, and manage them in a positive way.


Taking control of your thoughts and feelings can help reduce stress and anxiety.
